David has extensive experience of the Kent property market. He started his career working for one of Kent’s leading agents for several years, covering numerous towns including Faversham, and experiencing different markets. David then moved to an independent, local agent before establishing Iliffe & Iliffe with his brother, Nathan.
Away from work David can be found at the gym, in one of Faversham’s pubs with friends, watching the rugby or spending time with his partner, Hazel.
Having worked in estate agency for a number of years, it’s amazing to have established a business where I can help people move and give back here in my hometown.
Nathan’s background was originally in the foodservice sector, working in new business development and account management in Kent and central London for an industry leader, before moving to an independent fine food business. The dream however was always to open Iliffe & Iliffe with David, and was in the pipeline for several years before the opportunity arose to finally establish the dream in 2020.
Outside of work Nathan can be found with a glass of wine or G&T in hand, enjoys dining out and spending time with friends. On Sundays during October and November, Nathan can be found harnessed to a forklift working with other volunteers to install the Faversham Christmas lights display.
I don’t know of many people who can say they love their job, but I honestly do, it’s a real privilege to help people move and find them their dream home here in Faversham.
